Space - hard space - sometimes you will want to keep phrases together (like Henry VI or H.L.A.). If your phrase falls at the end of a line and you want to keep the phrase together, what you need is a hard space. Hit the space bar while holding down the OPTION key. A hard space will drag the word before it and after it down to the next line.
